Speed-to-Lead Campaigns

A homeowner fills out your form at 7:40 on a Friday evening. Your crew is done for the week. The lead sits in an inbox until Monday morning — by which time they have already had two other companies out to quote the job.

This is the single most expensive gap in most home service businesses, and it is entirely mechanical. Nothing about responding to a new lead in sixty seconds requires a human being to be awake.

What slow response actually costs

  • 78% of customers hire the first contractor who responds — not the cheapest, the first
  • Conversion drops roughly 80% once you pass the five-minute mark
  • 35–40% of inbound contact happens outside business hours, when nobody is watching the inbox
  • Weekend leads are the worst-served and often the highest-intent — nobody fills out an emergency plumbing form for fun on a Sunday

The build

What I build

  1. 01

    Instant text acknowledgement

The moment a form, call, or chat comes in, the lead gets a text from your business number — by name, referencing what they asked about. Not a generic autoresponder. Under sixty seconds, every time.

  2. 02

    Persistent follow-up sequence

No answer is not the end. A structured sequence of texts and emails works the lead over the following days, then hands off to long-term nurture rather than going quiet.

  3. 03

    Booking link and calendar sync

Every message carries a live booking link tied to your real availability, so a lead can put themselves on the schedule at 11pm without anyone confirming it by hand.

  4. 04

    Source tracking

Each lead is tagged with where it came from, so you can finally see which ads and channels produce booked revenue rather than raw lead counts.

Questions

Won't an instant text feel robotic to the customer?
It feels robotic when it reads like a robot. The messages I write reference the specific service they asked about and sound like your office manager typed them. Most homeowners reply to the text as if it were a person, which is exactly the point — it opens the conversation.
What if I don't want to answer leads at 11pm?
You don't have to. The automation buys you the response window: it acknowledges the lead, answers the obvious questions, and gets them booked on tomorrow's calendar. You are asleep, and the lead is still yours in the morning.
Does this work with my existing phone system?
In most cases yes. I connect to the number you already advertise so caller ID stays consistent — changing your published number is the one thing that can genuinely hurt a home service business, and I avoid it.

A free audit: I look at how fast you respond, what happens to a missed call, and where estimates go to die. You get the findings whether or not you hire me.
