Done-For-You CRM Builds

Most agencies want to move you onto their platform, because that is where their leverage is. If you are already running ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber, that is a migration you do not need and a second system your office has to learn.

I work the other way around. You add me as a user on your account, and I build inside the system you already have.

Why platform migrations usually go badly

  • Your dispatch, invoicing, and job history already live in the CRM — moving marketing out of it splits your data
  • Office staff have to learn a second system and inevitably keep using the first
  • Reporting fragments across two tools, so nobody trusts either one
  • When the agency relationship ends, the work built on their platform leaves with them

The build

What a DFY engagement covers

  1. 01

    Building audiences

Segmenting your customer database into lists worth marketing to — by service type, equipment age, last job date, job value, and ZIP code.

  2. 02

    Setting up automations

The workflows, triggers, and sequences that run your follow-up without anyone remembering to push a button.

  3. 03

    Creating reports

Dashboards that answer which campaigns produced booked revenue, and which lead sources are quietly wasting money.

  4. 04

    API connections

Wiring your CRM to your forms, phone system, accounting, and ad platforms so data stops being rekeyed by hand between them.

  5. 05

    Documentation and handover

Everything I build is documented in plain language, in your account. If we stop working together, your team can still run and modify it.

Questions

What access do you actually need?
A user seat on your account with the permissions you are comfortable granting. I do not need billing access or customer payment details, and I will tell you specifically what I need before you grant anything. You can see every change I make in the audit log.
What happens to the work if we stop working together?
It stays in your account, because it was always built there. You remove my user access and everything keeps running. That is the main structural difference between this and an agency that builds on its own platform.
Which CRMs do you work in?
ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber most often. If you are on something else, ask — the concepts transfer and most platforms expose the same building blocks. If there is no CRM in place, or yours cannot do the follow-up, I will recommend and set up what fits.
Do you replace our office staff?
No. The point is to take the repetitive follow-up off their plate so they can handle the conversations that actually need a person. Automation is bad at judgement and good at consistency; your team is the reverse.
