Lead Nurture & Lifecycle Campaigns
Not everyone who contacts you is ready today. Some are pricing a replacement they will make in the spring. Some are three quotes into a decision. Some booked with you and now need to actually show up to the appointment.
Lifecycle campaigns cover the whole span — from the first contact, through the booked job, into the years afterwards when you want to still be the name they think of.
The gaps between touchpoints
- No-shows and cancellations, because nobody confirmed the appointment the morning of
- New customers who never hear from you again after the invoice clears
- Leads who were not ready when they called and were never contacted again
- Maintenance agreements that lapse silently because renewal depends on somebody noticing
The build
What I build
- 01
New customer welcome
What to expect, who is coming, how to reach you. It reduces day-of confusion and sets up the review request that comes later.
- 02
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a heads-up when the tech is on the way — the sequence that cuts no-shows more than any other single automation.
- 03
Monthly newsletters
Seasonal maintenance reminders and useful homeowner content that keeps you in the inbox between jobs without asking for anything.
- 04
Long-term drip
For leads who are not ready, a low-frequency sequence stretching months out, so that when the decision finally arrives you are the company they contact.
- 05
Membership renewals
Automatic renewal reminders and win-back sequences for lapsed maintenance agreements.
Questions
- How often is too often for a newsletter?
- Monthly is the sweet spot for home services. More frequent and you are competing with your own promotional messages; less frequent and people forget who you are between sends.
- Do appointment reminders really reduce no-shows?
- It is the most reliable return of anything on this list. A confirmation plus a day-before reminder plus an on-the-way text removes almost every no-show that was caused by the customer simply forgetting.
