Marketing automation for Dallas–Fort Worth home service businesses
I'm based in Dallas. I build the automated follow-up that stops DFW contractors from losing jobs to slow response — inside the CRM you already run.
Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Arlington, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, Garland, Denton, and everywhere in between.
Why it helps that I'm here
If you're in DFW, I can sit down in your office for the audit and the handover. Most of the build happens inside your CRM, but learning how your phones, dispatch, and estimates actually work goes faster across a table than over a screen share.
Same weather, same time zone, same market. When a storm rolls through and your call volume triples, you're dealing with someone who watched the same radar — not an agency in another state finding out about it from your email.
And I already know what DFW demand does across the year, so we skip the discovery phase most agencies bill for.
What DFW demand actually looks like
Hail season
North Texas is one of the most hail-prone regions in the country. One spring storm can put a year's worth of roofing leads into a single week, and the roofer who answers first that week wins it. Automation is how you answer hundreds of people at once.
Triple-digit summers
July and August routinely run past 100°. HVAC call volume spikes, and every missed call goes to the next company on the map. This is where missed-call text-back and after-hours response pay for themselves.
Hard freezes
Freezes are rare here, which is exactly why they hurt. The February 2021 winter storm burst pipes across the metro and swamped every plumber in town. An emergency sequence built before the next one is far cheaper than one built during it.
Growth up north
Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, and the rest of the northern suburbs keep adding new neighborhoods. New homeowners don't have a plumber, electrician, or HVAC company yet — the first one who follows up well often keeps them for years.
A crowded ad market
DFW is full of large, well-funded home service brands bidding on the same search terms. Paying more per click is the expensive way to compete. Following up better on the leads you already get is the cheap one.
What I build
Speed-to-Lead Campaigns
First responder on every lead, automatically.
Outbound Campaigns
Jobs from the database you already paid for.
Open Estimate Follow-Up
More of the estimates you already wrote turn into signed jobs.
Review Request Campaigns
A steady drip of new Google reviews without anyone remembering to ask.
Lead Nurture & Lifecycle Campaigns
Nobody goes cold between the first call and the next job.
Email Marketing
A list that produces work instead of sitting there.
Done-For-You CRM Builds
The build happens in your system, by someone who does this daily.
Dallas–Fort Worth questions
- Are you actually in Dallas?
- Yes. I live and work in the Dallas area, and the number on this site goes straight to me. If you're anywhere in DFW, meeting in person is a short drive, not a trip.
- Do you meet DFW clients in person?
- Yes — for the audit and the handover at minimum, anywhere in the metro. Day-to-day build work happens inside your CRM, so it doesn't need me in the room, but the parts that benefit from being face to face can be.
- Can you get us ready before hail season or summer?
- Yes, and the quiet months are the best time to do it. I build the after-hours response, overflow texts, and follow-up sequences ahead of the rush, so they're tested and working when the first storm or heat wave hits.
- How quickly can we get started?
- The audit takes a few days. Speed-to-lead and missed-call response are usually live within the first week, because those stop the bleeding fastest. A full build runs two to three weeks.
