What this site collects

This website has one form. When you submit it, it collects the name, company, email address, phone number, trade, CRM, and message you type into it. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.

What happens to it

The form contents are emailed directly to avery@1manmarketing.com. That is the whole journey. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not entered into a marketing sequence, and not sold or shared with any third party.

Email delivery is handled by Resend, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Website hosting is provided by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and operational purposes.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are retained in the 1 Man Marketing inbox. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email avery@1manmarketing.com and it will be removed.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, what device and browser they use, and whether the contact form was sent. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this and does not receive anything you type into the contact form. The numbers are only used to improve this website.

The site also uses the Google Ads tag and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These set cookies that tell Google and Meta when someone who saw a 1 Man Marketing ad visits the site or sends the contact form, so ads can be measured and shown to people likely to be interested. They do not receive anything you type into the form.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. You can turn off personalized ads at Google My Ad Center and in your Facebook ad preferences. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email avery@1manmarketing.com and it will be handled.
