What gets measured, and what I'll report back.
I'd rather show you the measurement framework than a wall of numbers you have no way to verify. Here's exactly what I baseline before we start and what I report on afterwards.
The six numbers that matter
Every one of these is baselined during the free audit, so improvement is measured against your actual starting point rather than an industry average that has nothing to do with your business.
- Speed to first response
- Minutes between a lead arriving and the first outbound contact, split by channel and by hour of day. This is the number that moves first and moves most.
- Missed-call recovery rate
- The share of unanswered calls that get a text back and turn into a conversation instead of a lost job.
- Estimate close rate
- Percentage of open estimates that convert, tracked against how many follow-up touches each one received.
- Review velocity
- New Google reviews per month, and the share of completed jobs that produce one.
- Database reactivation revenue
- Booked revenue traceable to outbound campaigns against customers you already had — the cheapest work in the business.
- Cost per booked job
- Not cost per lead. Cost per job that actually got scheduled and paid for, by source.
Why there are no case studies on this page yet
Because I'm not going to invent them. Most agency results pages are unverifiable percentages attached to a stock photo, and you have no way to check any of it.
As clients agree to be named, real case studies go here — with the actual before-and-after numbers, the period they cover, and what was built. Until then, the honest thing is a blank space and an offer: run the free audit and see what I find in your own numbers.
What the audit gives you
- Your measured response time across forms, calls, and after-hours contact
- What happens today when a call goes unanswered — tested, not assumed
- How many open estimates are sitting unworked, and what they're worth
- Where your CRM, forms, and phone system fail to talk to each other
- A prioritised list of what to fix first, with the reasoning
You keep the findings whether or not you hire me. If the answer is that your follow-up is already tight, I'll tell you that.
Find out what your follow-up is costing you.
A free audit: I look at how fast you respond, what happens to a missed call, and where estimates go to die. You get the findings whether or not you hire me.
